Can I order online and have Bruna's shipped to my door?

YES! Please visit brunasbread.com to order straight to your door.

How do the Take & Bake products stay frozen?

Bruna’s TAKE & BAKE products stay frozen via dry ice. Once your order arrives, please place
your Bruna’s bags in the freezer.

What's the shipping timeline?

After you submit your order online, it can take 1 to 3 business days to process your order for
shipping. All of our shipments are sent via FedEx, and take an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive
after your order is shipped. There is a chance of possible delays with the shipping carriers which
is out of our control. Primary Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

If your order has not been filled, packed, and/or shipped you can change your order. Please
contact customer service to revise your order as soon as possible.

Are your products perishable?

Please note that our PRE BAKED products are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. So don't be concerned when they arrive thawed. 

It's important that you open the box upon arrival and either enjoy the bread bites right away or immediately freeze them to preserve their freshness. They will not stay fresh in the box, on the counter, or in the refrigerator. They must be RE-FROZEN. 

Our TAKE & BAKE products ship frozen with dry ice. Once package arrives, we recommend transferring product to your freezer right away.

What should I do if the Take & Bake thaws?

It's best to refreeze the product. When you're prepared to indulge, allow the dough to thaw slightly until it becomes soft enough to reshape as desired. Keep in mind that due to the changes it has undergone, the dough might not rise as expected. 

What is the policy for returns?

Given the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to process returns or facilitate product exchanges. Should you have any concerns regarding your purchase, kindly reach out to our customer service team at info@brunascheesebread.com

How do you pronounce “pão de queijo?”

“Pão de Queijo” means cheese bread in Portuguese and it is pronounced “pown-deh-kay-zho”.

How are your products available? Frozen or as a dry mix?

Our products is offered in a frozen state, available in two versions: PRE-BAKED, primed for heating, and FROZEN, awaiting your baking touch. The best part? No preparation or mixing needed. Direct from freezer to oven, these treats are swiftly transformed into delicious delights, perfect for savoring within minutes.

Are your products certified gluten-free?

While our products do not contain any gluten, we are not "certified" at this time. It is something we are looking to pursue in the future.

Are your products nut-free?

Our brazilian cheese bread is nut-free but they are made in a facility that processes nuts. Our production line is dedicated to our products and is completely nut free.

What exactly is "Tapioca Flour"

Derived from the yuca root, tapioca flour is also referred to as cassava or manioc flour.

Are your ingredients free from GMOs?

Absolutely! Our ingredients are GMO-free. We're actively considering obtaining Non-GMO Project Verification as part of our future endeavors.

Tips for baking

How can I separate my bites if they're stuck together?

Allow the bites to thaw for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until they reach a soft consistency that enables easy separation.

Can I cook Bruna's Cheese Bread in the microwave?

We do not recommend cooking our product in the microwave.

Can I cook Bruna's Cheese Bread in an air fryer?

Yes! You can use an air fryer to cook OR HIT UP delicious Bruna's  Cheese Bread. Pre baked : 350 for  2min from frozen. Our ready to bake 350 for 12 -15 min.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order. After you submit your order online, it can take 1 to 3 business days to
process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via FedEx and
take an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped. There is a chance of possible
delays with the shipping carriers which is out of our control.
PRE BAKED BREAD BITES-We freeze our products before shipping; however, your cheese bread
bites will arrive thawed. They are ready to freeze upon arrival to enjoy later or heat-and-eat
immediately.
Our pre-baked cheese bread bites are shipped from frozen, then thaw while in transit. Due to
the water content of our product and the maximum possible time in transit, our cheese bread
bites are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival.
Our breads are good for up to a year when kept frozen.
TAKE AND BAKE – Product ships frozen with dry ice. Once package arrives, we recommend
transferring product to your freezer right away.
You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note that we
currently ship our cheese bread bites in the United States.
Primary Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
*If you have not received your package by the seventh day, please do reach out and we will
assist you further.
If your order says it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 1 business day
before contacting us. Occasionally, packages get marked as delivered when they arrive at the
final carrier's destination and get delivered to you shortly after. If your package is damaged or
deemed lost, please let us know and we will assist you!

REFUND POLICY

At Bruna’s we are committed to providing the best handcrafted snacks on the planet. If for any
reason, you are not satisfied with your products, we encourage you to contact us via email at

Our products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do our best to ship our products to minimize breakage in transit. Occasionally, our products
can experience some breakage during shipping. If your products arrived damaged or
contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the
issue. Please DO NOT return any food product.
Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged products or any cheese bread order that takes
longer than 7 days in transport. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will

automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10)
days.
